The two-century long story of this farmer family can be told with the work and the feelings of men dedicated to the rows of vineyard shaping the hills of Santa Libera at Canelli, in the Asti region (Piedmont). The “Beppe Bocchino” wine estate has deep roots in the enological tradition of this corner of Piedmont.
The 13 hectars of lands are located between Langhe and Monferrato area.
Canelli is the heart of the production of Moscato d’Asti and from this land called “Sorì” we obtain an exclusive wine that is the best expression of these fantastic grapes.
The land for the production of Barbera d’Asti are in the Nizza Area and these red soil is the ideal to obtain structured wines.
It was grandfather Aurelio with his wife Liggia, who started producing and selling quality wines.
Now his son Beppe with the wife Maria and his grandchildren Annalisa and Daniele manage the winery.
The sun-exposed vineyards (the famous “sorì”) grant the perfect ripening of the grapes and the strict respect of the enological tradition without renouncing to use the most progressive tecnologies characterizes the development of the wine estate of Canelli.
Our aim is to transmit our passion for fine qines combinated with innovation and experience, always remaining faithful to our values of family and tradition.
Our philosophy is to produce wines that are the maximum expression of our territory, respectful of our earth and typical characteristics of its fruits – these are values in which our camily has always believed and that the young generation wishes to mantain, workin in this demanding but passionately rewarding winemaking business.

Quasi due secoli di storia contadina vissuta attraverso il lavoro e i sentimenti di uomini innamorati dei filari di vigne che disegnano le colline di Santa Libera di Canelli, nell’Astigiano.
La nostra cantina “Beppe Bocchino” ha radici profonde nella tradizione enologica di questo scorcio di Piemonte.
I 13 ettari di terreni sono collocati tra le Langhe e il Monferrato.
Canelli (sede dell’azienda) è il cuore della produzione del Moscato d’Asti e da questi terreni detti “Sorì” otteniamo un vino esclusivo che è la migliore espressione di questa fantastica varietà di uva che è il “Moscato Bianco di Canelli”.
Le terre per la produzione del Barbera d’Asti sono invece nella zona del Nizza, dove i terreni sono ideali per ottenere vini strutturati.
E’ stato Nonno Aurelio con la Nonna Liggia, che iniziarono a produrre e vendere vini di qualità.
Ora a capo dell’azienda ci sono il figlio Beppe con la moglie Maria e i nipoti Annalisa e Daniele.
I terreni esposti a Sud (i famosi “Sorì”) garantiscono una perfetta maturazione delle uve e il rigoroso rispetto della tradizione enologica senza rinunciare alla tecnologia, hanno permesso lo sviluppo della nostra cantina.
Il nostro obiettivo è quello di trasmettere la nostra passione per i vini, combinando innovazione ed esperienza, restando sempre fedeli ai nostri valori della famiglia e della tradizione.
La nostra filosofia è quella di produrre vini che sono la massima espressione del nostro territorio, rispettando la nostra terra e le caratteristiche tipiche dei suoi frutti - questi sono i valori in cui la nostra famiglia ha sempre creduto e che le giovani generazioni vogliono mantenere, svolgendo questo impegnativo ma appassionatamente mestiere.
