Founded in 1981, Valsesia Musica (former Viotti - Valsesia) International Competition is a world-wide famous music event which highlights young talents on the music scene and promotes tourism in Valsesia as well.
It takes place in Varallo - (VC- Italy) and is composed of different annual sections: violin and orchestra, piano, voice and juniores (piano, strings and chamber music).
2017' s calendar:
Juniores Competition (piano, strings, chamber music) 28th April - 1st May
(deadline 3rd April)
Violin and orchestra 26th - 30th May
(deadline 5th May, age limit 37 years old)
Voice 17th - 21st October
(deadline 27th September, age limit 37 years old)
Piano section will come back in 2018
