1796, Benedetto Elia d'Paitin incuriosito e affascinato dal Nebbiolo, compra una proprietà nelle colline della sua Neive. Sulla cima di quella collina ora chiamata Serraboella, da 8 generazioni i suoi eredi mantengono inalterato il sogno di Benedetto: rendere sensibile attraverso l'arte del vino, quell'aria, quel sole, quella pioggia, quella terra, che tanto lo rapirono. Oggi il Barbaresco del Sorì Paitin è la materializzazione di quel sogno.

1796, Benedetto Elia d'Paitin fascinated by the Nebbiolo grape, bought an estate in the hills of his hometown Neive. In the top of this hill now called Serraboella, for 8 generations his heirs kept unaltered Bendetto's dream: make sensible by virtue of the art of winemaking, that air, that sun, that rain, that soil, that enchanted him so much. Today the Barbaresco from the Sorì Paitin is the materialisation of his dream.
