Fondata nel 2010 dalla collaborazione tra due soci con esperienze ultradecennali nella produzione, commercializzazione e consulenza di articoli in poliuretano sia per l’industria che per il settore vagliatura in cave e miniere.

Le particolari proprietà del poliuretano – quali la resistenza all’abrasione, alla compressione, alla flessibilità – la disponibilità di una molteplice scelta di prodotti polieteri e poliesteri, prepolimeri e quasi, con diverse colorazioni e durezze – compresa tra i 55 e 95shA – unitamente alla possibilità di avvalersi di macchinari di ultima generazione, modello A4M (Advanced 4 Componenti portata Media) di fabbricazione Baulé sa, con memorizzazione fino a 200 formulazioni, ci consentono di realizzare un’ampia gamma di prodotti, impiegabili nei più svariati settori – dall’estrattivo minerario al cartario, dal meccanico al navale e industriale di ogni genere.

Le due macchine con degasatore per ricarico automatico integrato, una per la produzione di polietere, una per poliestere, con il controllo automatico delle formulazioni in base a NCO di ogni lotto e stechiometria richiesta.

Ciò consente di avere in automatico gli aggiustamenti necessari nelle formulazioni, in base alla variazione NCO di ogni lotto e ottenere prodotti sempre con mescole perfette.

I colori vengono associati in base alle formulazioni, personalizzate sia in base alla durezza che richiede il cliente, con gestione dello storico in base ai lotti di tutti i materiali utilizzati.

The two machines with automatic integrated reloading degasser, one for the production of polyether, one for a polyester, with an automatic control of the formulations based on NCO of each batch and stoichiometry request.

This allows you to automatically have the necessary adjustments in formulations, based on the change of NCO each lot and always get products with perfect compounds.

The colors are assigned according to the formulations, customized is based on the hardness that requires the client with the possibility to store up to 200 formulations, with log management based on batches of all the materials used.
