The strength of our factories is their flexibility which allows us to fabricate specialized and tailor-made products meeting the specific requests of our customers.
The whole production cycle is supervised and monitored by qualified staff, helped by planning and management software packages to check each step of fabrication from the initial operation to the completed product.

Our production department has recourse to a testing and quality analysis laboratory, to perform inspection tests over both raw material (check of steel resistance) and final products (dimensional checks and NDT tests on welds).
Each production lot undergoes the most restrictive routine tests to guarantee all the envisaged standard not only by the European standard Rules but also by the specific needs voiced by the Customer.

At the end of the manufacturing process, the products are stored into dedicated areas.
The Quality Control manager inspects the products and checks the handling stages until the goods are loaded and shipped toward the final destination.
