5.000 mq di curatissimo giardino privato e alberato, con grandi estensioni di prato inglese, custodiscono la magnifica Piscina non balneabile.
Le Camere finemente arredate sono dotate di ogni confort dal bagno in camera al Tv lcd 32" , dalla Cassetta di sicurezza al Climatizzatore e per i businessmen e non solo, è disponibile gratutitamente la connessione internet Adsl.

Il Parcheggio interno garantisce sicurezza.

Il Rientro è indipendente.

Nel periodo estivo la tipica Colazione pugliese, composta anche da Dolci fatti in casa, Cornetti, Yogurt, Biscotti, Fette biscottate, Marmellata, Nutella, Spremute e Succhi (anche fatti con i frutti dei nostri alberi) ecc ecc., potrà essere pregustata in giardino tra i cinguettii degli uccelli e la brezza mattutina che accarezza gli alberi.
Ciò renderà ancora più rilassante il vostro soggiorno e vi farà dimenticare di essere in città.

Per non far gravare il costo sugli ospiti che non necessitano usufruire di questi servizi, per il loro utilizzo richiediamo un piccolo contributo di € 05,00 cad.
L'Apertura è di 270 giorni all'anno.

Il Pagamento del soggiorno viene richiesto all'arrivo.

MISSION:
Pur essendo una residenza esclusiva che spesso viene scambiata per un Hotel 5 stelle, All'Orangerie si respira la nostra passione per l'accoglienza familiare, che resta la nostra Mission.
Le poche camere a vostra disposizione coprono solo parzialmente i costi di gestione e manutenzione della villa, del suo magnifico parco e della splendida piscina aperta tutto l'anno.

CHIARIMENTO:
Alla prenotazione chiediamo sempre un numero di cellulare e l'orario approssimativo di arrivo e comunque di chiamarci 10 minuti prima dell'ingresso.
Se in ritardo, per ovvi motivi, invitiamo sempre gli ospiti ad avvisarci.
Se ciò non avviene e il pernottamento non è stato già saldato, chiamiamo ripetutamente sul cellulare fornito per avere conferma della prenotazione.
Dopo aver inutilmente congruamente atteso e non avendo ricevuto risposta alle nostre telefonate riterremo che l'ospite abbia deciso di non venire più.
Se l'ospite arriva lo stesso e la camera l'abbiamo occupata ad altra persona, comunque ci adoperiamo per cercargli una sistemazione alternativa.
