We are based in Anghiari near Arezzo, in the region of Tuscany but are very close to the border of Umbria so cover an area that scopes both regions. We are an English / Italian partnership setup to help you find or manage your dream home whether that might be cosy holiday cottage or exclusive villa. Our properties are mainly located in the vicinity of the Tiber Valley, near and around the town of Anghiari and Sansepolcro, near Arezzo, Tuscany.

Anghiari is a famous hilltop medieval village which has been voted one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The area has so much to offer and and there are lots of fascinating things to both see and do in the near vicinity or slightly further afield. It is very easy to reach us from Perugia, Florence, Rome and Pisa airports.
