BnB Matteotti è un elegante e raffinato bed & breakfast nel cuore di Sarzana. Situata a pochi km dalle Cinque Terre e dal sito archeologico di Luni, Sarzana vanta antiche origini e una storia affascinante che segue le orme lasciate da personaggi come i Malaspina, Dante, Papa Niccolò V e Napoleone Bonaparte.

La nostra Locanda è ubicata nell’antico palazzo Picedi-Benettini che sorge nella piazza principale della città, Piazza Matteotti (sede del comune di Sarzana).

BnB Matteotti dispone di due ampie camere matrimoniali con bagno in comune ed una lussuosa suite da sei posti letto con bagno privato; è dotata inoltre di una cucina attrezzata ed una spaziosa sala per le colazioni con tv satellitare.

Le camere, luminose e finemente arredate, sono tutte affacciate sulla piazza, regalando così la vista di un panorama suggestivo, unico nel suo genere.

Lo stile provenzale e la cura per i particolari rendono la nostra Locanda un posto piacevole ed accogliente in qualsiasi momento dell'anno.

Per soggiornare in piena libertà verrete forniti delle chiavi così sarete liberi di muovervi a vostro piacimento come se foste a casa vostra. BnB Matteotti applica tariffe variabili in base alla stagione e/o al numero degli occupanti.

BnB Matteotti is an elegant and refined bed and breakfast in the heart of Sarzana. Located a few kilometers from the Cinque Terre and the archaeological site of Luni, Sarzana with ancient origins and a fascinating history that follows in the footsteps left by the likes of the Malaspina, Dante, Pope Nicholas V and Napoleon Bonaparte.

Our inn is located in the former palace Picedi - Benettini which is located in the city's main square, Piazza Matteotti ( seat of the municipality of Sarzana ) .

BnB Matteotti has two large double bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a luxurious suite with six beds with private bathroom. It is also equipped with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious breakfast room with satellite TV.

The rooms are bright and tastefully furnished, all overlooking the square, thus giving a view of a picturesque landscape, unique in its kind.

The Provencal style and attention to detail make our Inn a pleasant and welcoming place at any time of the year.

To stay in complete freedom, you will be given the keys so you'll be free to move at your own pace as if you were at your home. BnB Matteotti rates apply and vary depending on season and / or the number of occupants.
