Io sono Monica , vivo a Maranello, patria della Mitica Ferrari, e da oltre 30 anni frequento la Sardegna, che ormai considero un po’ come la mia seconda casa!
Ho ereditato l’amore per questa splendida Isola da mio padre e alcuni anni fa sono divenuta proprietaria di una villa a Stintino, all’interno del Country Village ex Bagaglino (VILLA MONICA) che ho poi provveduto a proporre in affitto come casa vacanze ad italiani e stranieri. Nel tempo ho ottenuto grandi soddisfazioni, grazie alla cura ed all’attenzione che ho sempre profuso nell’offrire ai miei ospiti comfort e servizi….gli stessi che io vorrei trovare durante le mie vacanze. Ho scoperto che questo tipo di attività mi piace e gratifica, così ho deciso, dal 2015, di farne una professione: ho conseguito l’abilitazione di agente immobiliare ed da qui è nata SUNNY HOME, specializzata nella gestione di affitti turistici di ville e appartamenti a Stintino.
Amo particolarmente questa località, poichè molto tranquilla e a dimensione d’uomo, che ha un grande potenziale da sviluppare, non solo legato al suo splendido mare cristallino e le sue famose spiagge bianche, ma anche per il contesto naturalistico in cui si trova, essendo collegata al Parco Naturale ed Area Marina Protetta dell’Isola dell'Asinara e godendo di una serie di zone umide a Riserva Naturale, particolarmente interessanti per gli amanti della Natura e del Bird Watching.
Durante l'estate, mi trasferisco a Stintino per occuparmi personalmente dell'accoglienza degli ospiti, adoperandomi, per quanto possibile, per far loro trascorrere una vacanza tranquilla e piacevole, in soluzioni abitative selezionate accuratamente e che offrono il massimo comfort e pace....perchè un ospite contento e soddisfatto potrà rilasciare, a fine vacanza, un feedback positivo, che lavorando on line, oggi risulta particolarmente utile per l'acquisizione di ulteriori futuri clienti!
I miei servizi si rivolgono quindi, sia a turisti che desiderano trascorrere una vacanza indimenticabile in questa bellissima zona della Sardegna, sia a proprietari di immobili che desiderino metterli a reddito, ma che, personalmente, non hanno tempo di seguirli e quindi necessitano di qualcuno di fiducia a cui affidarsi.

I'm Monica, I live in Maranello, home of Legendary Ferrari, and for over 30 years I attend Sardinia, which I consider now a bit like my second home!
I inherited the love for this beautiful island from my father and a few years ago I became the owner of a house in Stintino, located within the Country Village ex Bagaglino (VILLA MONICA). I then offered it for rent as a holiday home to Italians and foreigners, getting great satisfaction over time thanks to the care and attention that I have always spent freely offering to my guests comfort and services ... .the same that I would find during the my holidays. I discovered that I like this type of business that reward me, so I decided, from 2015, to make it a job: I qualified as real estate agent and from here SUNNY HOME is born, specialized in managing tourist rent of holiday houses and apartments in Stintino, people-oriented place, which has a great potential to develop, not only related to its beautiful blue sea and its famous white beaches, but also for the natural context in which it is located, being connected to the Natural Park and Marine Protected Area of the Asinara Island and enjoying of a series of Nature Reserve wetlands, particularly interesting for lovers of Nature and Bird Watching.
I believe that meeting the needs of own guests, is the most important think for my job. This is the reason I have always endeavoured to make available to guests, a home equipped with the necessary equipment and comfort to ... make feel them at their home, and to quickly resolve and as the best I can every kind of discomfort, with the support of local trusted staff, thus passing on the guest the feeling to be always followed and looked after! A positive feedback of the guest, at the end of its holiday, is for me particularly important!
Then I put at complete disposal my experience, for any homeowners who want to rent but do not have sufficient time to do it directly, and to those who want to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in Sardinia at Stintino.
