JEME Bocconi’s goal is to provide boosts to the associates’ personal progress so that they can learn a cluster of soft skills and in-field expertise that nobody can reach during the university experience.

By thoroughly applying on the field the knowledge the university offers, learning is encouraged. Traning from JEME Alumni, partners and professionals are the means through which JEME Bocconi fulfils associates’ needs.

The resources JEME Bocconi has are the associates and the results of their commitment. It is a real working experience, which builds expertise and better awareness of the market rules where best opportunities stands and top managers perform.

Our mission fosters the human and professional skills of our associates. Working with us requires passion and entrepreneurial spirit as well as strong relationship skills are the must to participate to our teams.

JEME Bocconi ha come obiettivo fornire stimoli di crescita ai suoi associati, affinché apprendano quell'insieme di soft skill e di abilità pratiche che non si trasmettono tra i banchi universitari.

Attraverso l’applicazione in modo strutturato e rigoroso delle conoscenze che l’università trasmette, si punta ad approfondirle ed a trasformarle in competenze: “dal sapere al saper fare”. Agli associati sono messi a disposizione i mezzi per soddisfare questo bisogno, grazie a training tematici tenuti da Alumni, aziende partner e professionisti remunerati.

Le uniche risorse di cui JEME Bocconi dispone sono i suoi associati e i risultati del loro impegno. É un'esperienza lavorativa vera, che forma capacità e consapevolezza di quale sia il terreno su cui giocano i migliori, le sue regole, i requisiti per farne parte.
