The villa is located at a a few minutes from the beating heart of the city and from the medieval downtown. Our position will permit you to enjoy the sea, the several beaches of our city but all the other possibilities offered by our area also. (Monte Orlando regional park, Montagna Spaccata).

The building has a private parking, a wide garden equipped with chairs, hammock and external shower, barbecue area, free indoor and outdoor connection and you also have the possibility to rent bicycles and scooters.
