Capital and Funding Solutions S.r.l. ('CF-Solutions') is a company incorporated at the beginning of 2009 in Italy aiming to provide high quality advisory services for selected clients. CF-Solutions believes to be one of the most appropriate counterparty available to the Italian market to provide the SPVs utilised for the securitisation transactions, the arrangers, the investors and the originators with tailor made and fully dedicated services such as computation agent and structuring consultant in the context of structured finance transactions. As of September 2009, CF-Solutions' team consists of three people hired in the company and of different external consultants supporting the company on a project basis according to the client's needs.
