Born in 1920 in Varedo, Italy, as a company specialized in the production of tables and chairs, COLICO ANTONIO grew exponentially in the postwar years to become, in the 1970’s, a leading company in the field of furniture for private and contract use. The entrance of Walter Colico into the Milanese company in 1982 marked a profound change. From its beginnings with handmade artisan work, the company started an evolutionary search for new forms and lines for the production of furniture with a high content of design, geared towards an international clientele. This was how COLICO DESIGN came to be.

STYLE.

AWARDS.
Important awards and recognitions have helped to make the brand’s products famous. The ANNETTE chair from Max Caspani and Max Colombo in 1991, the JOKER stool from Fausto di Martino in 2001, and the GEO stool also from di Martino in 2003, were selected for the YOUNG & DESIGN competition. COLICO DESIGN furnishes the sets of top tier television shows, affirming the strong appeal of its image, capable of capturing the attention of the public.
