Villa Bolsenda is a beautiful apartment in a fascinating two-flat country house, surrounded by woodland and 3.5 acres of private green area.

The flat has two floors, is fully furnished and has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large and brand new kitchen, a wide dining room and living room and two storage rooms.

Nice internal temperature, during Summer months, even without air conditioning. Nice and large porch in front of the garden. An external wood oven (with a lot of wood!), a Weber barbecue and a private swimming pool are also available.

Villa Bolsenda is on the first hills of the Apennines (507 feets). Many woods animals can be spotted in the garden: squirrels, roe deers, hares, hedgehogs, pheasants, etc… The silence is remarkable.

The house is in a unique and strategic position, close to the followings:

The house is at the end of a private road, with automatic gate and alarm system. Plenty of parking place, also for your guests.

Villa Bolsenda can host a maximum of six guests in three double bedrooms. You can also rent only one or two bedrooms, in this way you save on the rental price, while keeping the exclusive use of the entire structure: no other guest will be present in the apartment during your stay and the bedrooms that you don’t need will simply be closed.
