Si trova in via dello Sprone, presso la famosa Piazza della Passera, una delle zone più intatte e caratteristiche di Firenze.
E' al primo piano di un piccolo palazzo del 1300 (due piani in tutto). E' stato recentemente ristrutturato mantenendo le caratteristiche storiche.
I pavimenti sono in cotto e il soffitto ha travi a vista in legno.
E’ la sistemazione ideale per due persone, ma può ricevere fino a 4 ospiti.
La cucina è spaziosa e dotata di fornelli e forno a gas, forno microonde, bollitore, frigorifero.
Il bagno, con vasca e doccia, è stato recentemente rinnovato.
La stanza da letto è situata su un soppalco, nel soggiorno c'è un divano letto matrimoniale.

On the first floor of a small (only two floors) historic XIV century building, it has been recently renovated in a youthful way.
It is a charming sleeping accommodation for 4 people.
The apartment, in the Oltrarno area , is very quiet. It is located in Via dello Sprone, close to the well known Piazza della Passera.
The apartment has terracotta floor and ceiling beams.
The bathroom has been lately completely renovated.
Facilities: equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge,dishwasher, frezeer and kettle. Autonomus heating, air conditioned,internet connection wifi, television and washing machine. The bedroom is on the loft with a double bed.
The living room has a double sofa bed.
