Here is Soleis, the new residential complex which was developed by the Frappa group, was designed by Archea from Latisana, and consists of two areas, East and West.

Starting with the West area, there are two buildings built on four floors above ground, with eleven flats per structure, with basement garages, cellars and external spaces.
A semi-detached house completes the structure.
The buildings are perfectly integrated with the 6,500 sqm natural park that hosts them and with the lagoon.

In each flat internal spaces are gracefully divided and can be customized according to tastes and housing needs, without neglecting key aspects such as the finishings, the power supply system with photovoltaic panels, the solar heating system, underfloor heating, doors and windows. Everything, including particular or structural elements, responds to the principles of high quality, with a grade A certification.
