Roverè della Luna è un paese situato su una collina circondato da montagne in Valle dell'Adige, in Trentino. Il suo nome tedesco deriva dalla montagna rivolto verso la società, denominata "Gaier".
La cantina è stata fondata nel 1976 da Luigi Togn e ora è condotta con entusiasmo dalle 3 figlie Romina, Valentina, Martina e dal genero Goffredo Pasolli, marito di Valentina. Gaierhof è un fiore all'occhiello del mondo (in particolare negli Stati Uniti) della denominazione DOC Trentino, che rappresenta circa il 93% delle 400.000 bottiglie prodotte dall'azienda ogni anno. Le bottiglie sono destinate a ristoranti, bar, enoteche e negozi di specialità gastronomiche. I vini sono tutti monovarietali, tutte caratterizzati da un'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo; Gaierhof è considerata dal mercato come marchio solido e coerente. Particolare attenzione è riservata ti bianco vini per una particolare vocazione della zona di Roverè della Luna e Trentino.

Roverè della Luna is situated on a hill surrounded by mountains in the Adige Valley in Trentino. Its German name is derived from the mountain facing the company, called the "Gaier". The winery was founded in 1976 by Luigi Togn and is now conducted with enthusiasm by the 3 daughters Romina, Valentina, Martina and the son-in-law Goffredo Parisi, Valentina's husband. Gaierhof is a flagship in the world (particularly in the U.S.A) of the Trentino DOC appellation, which represents about 93% of the 400,000 bottles produced by the company every year. Gaierhof products are intended for restaurants, bars, wine bars and retail outlets for gastronomic specialities. The wines are all single-variety, all characterized by an excellent quality and price ratio; Gaierhof is well-reputated by the market as solid and consistent brand. Particular attention is reserved ti white wines for a particular vocation of the area of Roverè della Luna and Trentino.
