Marco Sette graduated at FAF Ferrara University in 1999 with a Thesis “A new Museum for Contemporary Art In Bolzano” with Prof. Maurizio di Puolo coworker of Achille Castiglioni.
He began to work in the field of the architecture with Metrogramma Studio in Milan where
heworked an many international projects, winning with the project Habitat 2001, a
newconfiguration for the city of Bolzano with the landscape architects Tischer and Hoelzl
the gold medal of Italian architecture (Triennale Milano); the project was exhibit inColumbia
University and won in 2003 Price Giunigi city of Lucca and in 2002 the Price “ilPrincipe e
l'Architetto”;They arrived finalist on the Mies Van der Rohe price in 2002 with theProject
“Showroom for firm Desho” in Bolzano in cooperation with Permastelisa.
Moved to San Diego (Ca) in the United States, where he collaborated in the development
of important projects. He was also an instructor at the Woodbury University and new School
of Architecture of San Diego.
In 2006 moved back to Bolzano and founded M7 Architecture+Design that is
involved in the fields of Architecture,Green Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design,
Urban Planning and Design.
In 2014 with the Project “Nuova sede di CasaSalute” won the CasaClima Award 2014
selected from a list 1400 project in all the country. The project was published in many
international architectural reviews. In 2015 won the International Competition Sinfonia for a
Public Housing energetic requalification in via Parma in Bolzano.
