Mühlen, Vize-Hauptort, mit Mühlenern, die wie Pech und Schwefel zusammenhalten. Ort zahlreicher antiker Ausgrabungen und von Brauchtum und Spaß am Feiern geprägter Feste.

Kematen, Nest kreativer und aktiver Jugend, mit Interesse an Geschichte & Geschichten der Altvorderen. Rauschende Rockmusik und spätgotische Fresken. Bevorzugter Ort zum Sein.

Ahornach, hier wohnt ein weltberühmter Bergsteiger. Und die Sonne, die wohnt auch hier. Streusiedlung, Ruhe, Höhe, Ausblick … Weitblick.

Rein, am Fuße des Hochgall. Das muss gesagt werden: Der Berg beherrscht das Bild. Willensstarke Köpfe mit viel Energie. Der Berg hat sie geprägt. Wie hingemalt der Ort.

Mühlwald, die Gestaltung des Tales übernahmen weiland die Gletscher. Seen & Teiche zeugen davon. Geprägt vom Wasser die Landschaft, geprägt vom Fleiß ihre Bewohner.

Lappach, Hanglage, Wiesen und Wälder. Talende oder Talanfang? Bauernhäuser, behäbig,behaglich. Mit Lappachern, die das Singen zu ihrem Lebenselixier erkoren haben.

Campo Tures, capoluogo, aperto all’innovazione, precursore nell’auto-produzione di energie rinnovabili, incline alla gioia di vivere, nel 2013 vincitore della bandiera arancione.

Molini di Tures, vice-capoluogo con abitanti che vivono d’amore e d’accordo. Terra di ritrovamenti archeologici e di grandi feste all’insegna di tradizioni, usanze e divertimento.

Caminata, covo di giovani artisti e menti creative, con grande interesse alla storia e alle storie degli avi. Concerti di musica rock e affreschi del tardo-gotico. Luogo privilegiato dell’essere.

Acereto, residenza di un noto alpinista e patria del sole. Insediamenti sparsi, quiete, altezza, vista … incondizionata.

Riva, ai piedi del Collalto. Inutile negarlo: qui è la montagna a farla da padrona. Nell’immagine del paesaggio e nelle teste dei suoi abitanti. Di grande carattere, fermezza e volontà.

Selva dei Molini, forgiata dai ghiacciai come testimoniano i laghi e laghetti; un paesaggio plasmato dall’acqua e dai suoi abitanti, tutti dediti al lavoro.

Lappago, in posizione collinare, tra prati e boschi. Inizio o fine della valle? Casali contadini, caratteristici e accoglienti, abitati da gente che ha fatto del canto il suo elisir di vita.

Sand in Taufers, the principle commune, tending towards the modern, working ambitiously towards energy self-sufficiency, always refining its surface, a place filled with joie de vivre and splendid gables, won the village renewal prize in 2008.

Mühlen, second-largest village, with Mühleners who stick together through thick and thin. A place of numerous ancient archaeological excavations and of customs and festivals characterised by the enjoyment of fun.

Kematen, the home of a creative and active youth, with an interest in history and the tales of their forefathers. Loud rock music and late Gothic frescoes. The preferred place for being.

Ahornach, a world-famous mountain climber lives here. And the sun lives here too. Scattered settlement, peace, altitude, views ... vision.

Rein, at the foot of the Hochgall. It has to be said that the mountain dominates the scene. Determined heads with plenty of energy. They are shaped by the mountain. A village that looks just the way you would paint it.

Mühlwald, the shaping of the valley was once undertaken by the glaciers. Lakes and ponds bear witness to this. A landscape shaped by water, shaped by the hard work of its inhabitants.

Lappach, hillside location, meadows and forests. Head or end of the valley? Farmhouses, affluent, comfortable. With natives who have chosen singing as their elixir of life.
