Why Fitlunch?

We could have named it "Carlo", but probably it would have been less understandable. A healthy, balanced diet is the key element for our wellness and lunch is one of the most important meals of the day, but it's often limited by our fast lifestyle, thus nullifying our attempts to eat healthy and balanced meals. That's the reason why we created fitlunch.

How does it work?

You tell us you are hungry.
We show you the menu of the day.
You choose what you prefer.
We deliver it wherever you want.
It's really that simple.

How many calories and macronutrients are there in the lunchbox?

It depends, it's like a tailor made suit: do you want to lose weight, to keep your body as it is or to gain muscle mass? Are you a man or a woman? How much do you exercise? Each fitlunch is unique, calibrated with our algorithm, based on your personal features, needs and goals.

Can I change food amounts?

We show you recommended portions, but you can decide to order a kg of boiled rice, it's up to you, just like the decision to avoid eating pizza or McDonalds everyday.

When do you deliver and by what time do I have to order?

We deliver every working day, at lunchtime, and since every lunchbox is freshly prepared and then dispatched, you can choose the time slot in which you want to receive your order (before 12:00 AM, 12:45, 01:30 PM or 02:15), ordering at least an hour and fifteen minutes before the end of the time slot.

Where do you deliver?

To date, fitlunch is active in Cesena, Bellaria, Igea Marina and Savignano sul Rubicone. Rome will be added soon. When you type your address in the chatbot, it will tell you if that place is reached by our delivery guys. If your area is not reached by our delivery guys, we suggest you to use one of our affiliated points for the delivery

What are affiliated points?

They are gyms or similar businesses, affiliated to our service, where we can deliver your lunchbox, and where you can ask for discounts and information. We will have a list of these points very soon.
