The company was born from an intuition of its founder, Mr. Emidio Benevelli, which, driven by an innate passion for mechanics in 1962 leaving his role (head responsible for the production) to Ruggerini Engines to start his own business activity on the field of mechanical power transmission.
Since 1996, the company is led by his son, Alberto Benevelli, which relaunched the activities in the field of electric vehicle transmissions.
