Il percorso di Fabio e Manuele Gardini è quello di una grande passione per il loro lavoro. A un certo punto hanno capito che bisognava cambiare e osare oltre la tradizione, trasformando il cioccolato in un soggetto vivo, accostandolo a spezie, miscelando i profumi dei grandi Cru di Criollo, Forestero. Nasce da questa convinzione di innovazione, oltre trant'anni fa, l'avventura dei Fratelli Gardini. In un territorio lontano dai luoghi tipici del cioccolato in Italia, ma come un grande vino si trova in ogni regione, un grande cioccolato può abitare a Forlì. Da quel laboratorio, recentemente ampliato, i Gardini sono partiti alla conquista del mondo e si sono confrontati con colleghi e imprese di tutto rispetto, con un pò di timore ma certi della qualità espressa. Arrivano numerosi i riconoscimenti nazionali ed internazionali che sono la parte visibile dello straordinario impegno che hanno profuso nel loro lavoro di Cioccolatieri d'Autore.

The path of Fabio and Manuele Gardini was to follow and use great passion for their work, at all costs. At a certain point they realised that, whilst respecting traditions, they needed to push the boundaries further, transforming chocolate into a living object, listening to the spices, mixing the greatly perfumed "Cru" varieties of cocoa, such as Criollo, Forastero. The Gardini brothers started their innovative adventure over thirty years ago and are still striving forward. In territories far from the typical world of Italian chocolate, but like the great wines that can be found in every region, great chocolate can also be found in Forlì. From their recently expanded workshop, the Gardinis begun their conquest of the World, and have consulted with outside colleagues and other chocolatiers, with great respect, often with debatable moments but always assured to express their quality. Continuously, they receive International Awards, that are part due to the extraordinary effort and work that they put in to their "Chocolate Masterpieces".
