There are shoes that have made history and become a legend.

Muffin was born from the idea of experimenting and making a tribute to those shoes which have become style icons, giving to the wearer a new and unique look & feel.

Each Muffin shoe is a one-of-a-kind product designed and customized by hand, in a traditional way, so as to make it inimitable.
Each creation is the result of the passion kindled by our sneaker’s love and the desire to create something special and authentic.

Converse’s All Star shoes were designed in 1923 and today their story is also told on Wikipedia, which is not exactly a "shoe" environment. They were initially designed for basketball players. Then came the boom in the rock music world. From the Rolling Stones to ACDC, Ramones, Guns’ n Roses right up to Kurt Cobain and Paul McCartney: the All Star shoes were a sign of recognition, a real must. Later it was the turn of films; John Travolta wore them in Grease and Sylvester Stallone in Rocky. Not to mention the out-of-time appearance of a pair of All Star in Sofia Coppola’s Marie Antoinette and on the feet of Kristen Stewart in the Twilight vampire saga.

For all of us, Nike was "Just do it". We wrote it on the walls with spray cans, drew it in diaries with the Uni Posca, even used it as a signature on the plaster cast of an injured friend. Blazer was the basketball shoe par excellence. It was worn in '73 by George "The Iceman" Gervin, someone who made basketball history. Over the years, the Blazer began leaving the basketball court, and ended up in the streets on the feet of millions of young people, becoming a casual lifestyle phenomenon. Perfect also for skateboarding!

We at Muffin love these and many other stories where the protagonists are always the same - sneakers.
Year after year, shoe after shoe, we have managed to turn something we worshipped as teenager into a special product, which can be worn by anyone and makes her/him feel unique.
Over the years commitment and expertise have enabled us to reduce production and prototyping times, so that now you don’t have to wait long to receive your shoes, wear them and enjoy their beauty and comfort.

Ci sono scarpe che hanno fatto storia, diventando leggenda.

Muffin nasce dalla voglia di sperimentare rendendo un tributo a quelle scarpe divenute icone di stile e regalando a chi le indossa un look & feel nuovo e personale.

Ogni scarpa Muffin è un prodotto unico perché studiato e personalizzato a mano, in modo artigianale, così da renderlo inimitabile.
Ogni realizzazione è il frutto della passione che nasce dall’amore per le sneakers e dalla voglia di realizzare qualcosa di speciale e autentico.

Le All Star della Converse sono state ideate nel 1923 e oggi la loro storia è raccontata anche su Wikipedia, che non è proprio una cosa da "scarpa". All'inizio furono pensate per giocare a basket. Poi è arrivato il boom nel mondo della musica rock. Dai Rolling Stone agli ACDC, dai Ramones ai Guns'n Roses fino a Kurt Cobain e Paul McCarty: usare le All Star era un segno di riconoscimento, un vero e proprio must. Dopo è stata la volta del cinema, John Travolta le ha indossate in Grease e Sylvester Stallone nel suo Rocky. Senza dimenticare le comparsate fuori dal tempo di un paio di All Star in Marie Antoinette di Sofia Coppola e ai piedi di Kristen Stewart nel vampiresco Twilight.

La Blazer è stata la scarpa da basket per eccellenza. La indossava nel '73 George "The Iceman" Gervin, uno che con la pallacanestro ha fatto la storia. Negli anni anche la Blazer ha iniziato a uscire dal campo da basket, per finire tra le strade ai piedi di milioni di giovani, diventando un fenomeno di lifestyle casual. Perfetta anche per andare in skate!

Noi di Muffin ci siamo innamorati di queste e di tante altre storie in cui le protagoniste sono sempre e solo loro: le sneakers.
Anno dopo anno, scarpa dopo scarpa, siamo riusciti a rendere qualcosa che adoravamo fin da ragazzi un prodotto speciale, che potesse essere indossato da chiunque sentendosi unico.
Negli anni l’impegno e la specializzazione ci hanno portato a ridurre i tempi di produzione e prototipazione, permettendoci oggi di spedirvi in tempi brevissimi le scarpe, così che possiate indossarle subito e goderne la bellezza e la comodità.
