Mistral Plus è la Rete d’Impresa dedicata ai Porti Turistici, costituita alla fine di Febbraio 2015, promossa tramite bando della provincia di Livorno, assegnato poi a Euroblu International S.r.l.
La Rete nasce nell’ambito di un più ampio progetto comunitario transfrontaliero ITALIA FRANCIA MARITTIMO di collaborazione nel Mediterraneo: MISTRAL MODELLO INTEGRATO STRATEGICO TRANSFRONTALIERO PER LE ATTIVITÀ DEL LITORALE www.maritimeit-fr.net, progetto promosso dalla Comunità Europea www.europa.eu per una collaborazione proficua a favore del turismo nautico e dello sviluppo dei territori..
La rete di Imprese è un nuovo tipo di aggregazione societaria per Ia quale le Società che ne fanno parte sono sempre totalmente autonome economicamente ed indipendenti nella loro ragione sociale, potendo al contempo accedere a partenariati ed agevolazioni, collettivi e non, perseguibili appunto solo per le categorie RETI di IMPRESA. Dalla parte del diportista ci sarà invece la certezza di trovare, seppur in contesti molto diversi fra loro, un’accoglienza partecipe, una trasparenza gestionale, un’etica condivisa e soprattutto una rara emozione per la scoperta di territori, parchi e coste tutti entusiasmanti nella loro diversità.

Mistral Plus est le Reseau d’Enterprse dédié aux Port de Plaisance, établie à la fin de Février ici à 2015, puis alloué à Euroblu International S.r.l.
Le Réseau a été créé dans le cadre d'un projet plus vaste de la communauté transfrontalière ITALIE FRANCE MARITIME pour la coopération dans la Méditerranée: MISTRAL STRATÉGIQUE INTÉGRÉ MODÈLE POUR activités transfrontalières COAST www.maritimeit-fr.net, un projet promu par l'Union européenne (www.europa.eu) un partenariat fructueux en faveur du tourisme nautique et le développement des territoires.
Le réseau d'entreprises est un nouveau Ia regroupements d'entreprises de type pour lesquels les entreprises qui en font partie sont toujours totalement économiquement autonome et indépendant en leur nom, tout en étant en mesure d'accéder à des partenariats et des concessions, collective et pas très intéressant, en effet poursuivis uniquement pour les réseaux les catégories d'entreprises. Sur le côté du propriétaire du bateau, il y aura la certitude de trouver, même dans des contextes très différents, un participant de bienvenue, un gestion transparente, éthique communes et surtout une émotion rare pour la découverte des territoires, des parcs et des côtes tous les excitants dans leur diversité.

A project sponsored by the European Union (www.europa.eu) for a fruitful partnership in favor of nautical tourism and the development of the territories involved.
The Enterprise network is a new kind of business combination, the Companies that take part in it are always totally economically autonomous and independent in their name, at the same time they can have access to interesting partnerships and concessions made only for Enterprise Networks.
For yachtsmen there will be the possibility to find a friendly hospitality, management transparency, shared ethics, and especially the great emotion to discover different territories, parks and coasts.
Mistral Plus is a network born with the tender supported by Province of Livorno (Tuscany) and then it was entrusted to Euroblu International S.r.L., wich has supervised concept, project , creation of the contract and constitution.
Mistral Plus President, Mario Pameggiani (CEO of Porto Lotti in La Spezia), is supported by two Vice-Presidents: Roberto Forti (for Tuscany and Islands) CEO of Marina Porto Azzurro and Ugo Vanelo (for Ligury) CEO of Cantiere Valdettaro.
