C.I.A.S. srl is a producer and wholesale purveyor of food and agricultural products and mainly Sardinian lamb and mutton. We have been in the food business for more than 50 years, mainly in slaughtering sheep and our business has evolved and expanded steadily over the years since it began in 1956.

Our current aim is to share the very best of Sardinian food and agricultural products with the rest of the world using the same motto we have had for the past 3 generations: availability and reliability. C.I.A.S. srl manages a modern and cutting edge slaughterhouse.

Over the years we have learnt how to increasingly optimise our working methods to achieve perfection. All our personnel are highly qualified and experienced at using technology and machines that make it possible to extend the shelf life of meat to guarantee high quality production in terms of hygiene and professionalism.
