Borgo Egnazia è interamente costruito in pietra locale: il tufo, tagliato a mano dai mastri tufai. Lo scenografo Pino Brescia non si è discostato dalle caratteristiche architettoniche delle Masserie e dei villaggi rurali pugliesi, aggiungendo un tocco di modernità che rende il Borgo una struttura di design contemporaneo, ma in grado di esaltare i materiali locali fondendo tradizione e innovazione, maestosità e semplicità. Le camere sono suddivise in 3 categorie: La Corte, il Borgo, le Ville.
