Caruso was born from the passion for the taste and ingenuity of an entrepreneur from Puglia who, failing to identify with the qualitative target of most of the ice cream parlors in the area, decided to create, not an ice cream shop, but a project: claiming quality and genuineness of every single product and therefore cultivate passion, pleasure, taste and innovation. The idea is to embrace the entire world of ice cream, applying the principle behind the success of every production reality to the production of artisan gelato: the use of high quality raw materials.
