Visitmatera è una piattaforma web che offre una rappresentazione digitale del territorio volta a favorire e accelerare il contatto e l’interazione tra utenti e operatori.
È il primo passo di un progetto che ha come obiettivo la realizzazione di una smartCity virtuale in cui luoghi, storia, racconti, servizi, attività ed eventi siano accessibili e fruibili da tutti gli utenti (turisti e cittadini) su diversi dispositivi.

Un sistema virtuoso di strutture e di operatori che, valorizzando la propria offerta, siano in grado di valorizzare il territorio e creare interesse turistico e non attorno a esso.

visitmatera.com is a web application born to provide information on what to do and what to see in Matera, through an easy and intuitive platform. It consists of three sections:
Visit - It collects the data sheets of the tourist sites, consisting of video, photos and accurate information texts to encourage exploration and knowledge of the city through the discovery of urban areas and places of historical and artistic relevance. This section allows to create one or more custom itineraries to be downloaded and printed as a guide map to take before and during the stay in Matera;

Events - A calendar of events and activities in Matera, to collect all those moments of meeting and entertainment taking place in the territory and organized by institutions, cultural associations, tour operators and public places (bars, pubs, restaurants etc.)

Blog - A virtual space dedicated to news about the local tourism and cultural heritages.
