L'Agorà is an art gallery, antiques and contemporary art, with Paintings, Prints, Old Books and Objects; activity began in 1997. The gallery is located on Corso Umberto I, 133 in Taormina, near the Piazza IX Aprile, the town center. The choice of name is a happy intuition of its founder Gaetano Consoli, who leads the company with his son Loris. The term Agorà it combines the philosophy of the shop, understood as meeting / exchange with the customer, the collector, the traveler.

Agora (in greek ἀγορά from ἀγείρω = collect, gather) is the term used in ancient Greece indicated the main square of the city / polis (derives from the greek πόλις).
